Artly Ally: Privacy Policy

Wonder Peddler ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Artly Ally mobile application (the "App"). We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children and families.
Artly Ally is designed with a strict privacy-by-design, local-first media architecture: All user-created media (drawings, tracings, voice notes) and personal identifying data remain strictly on your local device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal data or user-created artwork.
1. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
Because Artly Ally is intended for children and family learning, protecting children's privacy is of paramount importance.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / GDPR-K), and applicable children's privacy regulations.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA).
The App requires no user registration, account sign-up, or profile creation.

2. Local-Only Processing & Data Storage
On-Device Storage: All drawings, custom tracings, animations, and voice/audio snippets recorded or created within Artly Ally are stored exclusively on your device's local internal storage.
No Cloud Uploads or Server Storage: We do not operate external media servers or cloud hosting databases for user content. We cannot view, access, intercept, or retrieve your drawings, audio recordings, or custom tracings.
No Account Requirement: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to use the App.
3. Device Permissions & How They Are Used
To provide its core creative and educational features, Artly Ally may request permission to access certain device hardware. All permissions are used strictly on-device:
Microphone Access: Solely used to allow parents, guardians, and educators to record audio notes, phonetic pronunciation guidance, and celebratory messages directly into custom tracings. Audio recordings are saved locally and are never transmitted to our servers.
Camera / Photo Library Access: Used solely if you choose to import an existing image or capture a photo to serve as a tracing reference, or to export/save completed drawings and animated GIFs to your device's photo library.
Biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint): If supported by your device and enabled by you in Settings, biometric verification is used strictly by your device’s operating system to lock and unlock the parental settings and navigation menu. We never access, store, or process your biometric data.
4. Technical Telemetry, Operational Analytics & Remote Configuration
To maintain application stability, optimize performance, and deliver dynamic feature updates, Artly Ally may connect to secure cloud infrastructure and process limited technical telemetry:
Firebase Remote Config: We use Google Firebase Remote Config (provided by Google LLC) to manage feature availability, test operational parameters, and deliver technical configuration settings. To function, this service securely transmits minimal, non-personally identifiable technical metadata (such as device model, OS version, app version, language/locale, and an ephemeral Firebase Installation ID). It does not access, inspect, or collect user artwork, tracings, audio snippets, or personal data.
Operational Telemetry: We may record anonymous, aggregate operational event counts (such as export format selections or error diagnostics) strictly to resolve bugs and improve app reliability.
Zero Behavioral Advertising: We do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID), tracking cookies, data brokers, or third-party behavioral profiling tools.
5. Third-Party Sharing & External Services
Peer-to-Peer Sharing: Artly Ally allows users to export drawings (PNG/GIF) and share tracing files with family and friends using your operating system's native share menu (e.g., via messaging apps, email, or AirDrop).
Third-Party Platforms: Any sharing is strictly initiated by the user. Once content leaves Artly Ally, it is handled according to the privacy policy of the respective third-party platform. We do not monitor or store shared files.
No Third-Party Advertising: The App contains no third-party advertisements or commercial ad networks, ensuring children are never exposed to targeted advertising or advertising tracking.
Technical Infrastructure & Service Providers: We use Google LLC (Firebase Remote Config) strictly as a technical infrastructure provider to serve over-the-air configurations and feature flags in compliance with Apple's Kids Category and Google Play's Families Policy.

6. App Store Purchases & Payment Data
Artly Ally is distributed as a paid app through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, with potential optional in-app purchases in future updates.
All purchases, payment transactions, and billing details are processed exclusively and securely by Apple or Google. Wonder Peddler never receives, collects, or stores your credit card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.
7. Data Retention & Backups
Because all user data resides strictly on your local device, Wonder Peddler does not retain or store any user data.
Deleting the App or clearing app data will permanently remove all local drawings, tracings, and recordings unless previously backed up via your operating system’s native backup solutions (e.g., Apple iCloud or Google Drive).
8. Your Rights (GDPR & International Privacy Rights)
Under applicable data protection laws (including the EU GDPR), you have rights regarding your personal data. Because Artly Ally operates without accounts or personal data collection, we do not hold personal data to access, rectify, or delete. If you contact us directly via email (e.g., for support or feedback), we will only use your email address to respond to your specific request.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational or legal updates. Any modifications will be updated within the App with a revised "Last Updated" date.
